Enter your full address carefully as all the cheques and document will be sent to the address you type in. Also Check the field just under State field. Then enter your contact number and check the field "Email Preference", this will help you to remain updated about the Google Adsense services and updates via your email address.
   
6. Now check all the policy options. Remember to read the section Adsense Program Policies and also you cant create multiple accounts with the same Payee name. Now click on the "Submit Information" button.
7. And last but not the least now if you have an existing Google account then sign in or if you don't have one then enter the information as asked to create a one. And there your application goes for approval. Google Adsense team will be in contact with you via the email address that you submitted at the time of filling the application.
